After three months I'd finally finished a French course for beginners and today have started an intermediate one. I don't have high hopes for getting any inkling of what Banlieue 13 Ultimatum is about when I go see it, though. Not with the French people's odd insistence to skip every third syllable. Luckily it's not like I'm all that interested in the plot anyway ;-)

Sorry, my brain's fried by that Damien as a sexy Chinese hooker news :-) I mean, the implications alone... For example, does that mean he's proficient in applying make-up? Because if so, Lola is totally going to have to kick his and Leito's asses for touching her stuff. You know, when she comes back from work and notices the odd smudges on the suspiciously shifty-eyed boys' faces.
