czeriUgh, I knew B13 Ultimatum looked too good to be true so far. Well, episode 11 took care of that for me - it's about some warrior woman that seems to be working with Damien and Leito. That's just wrong, for so many reasons.
First of all, she kicks ass, and the only person allowed to kick ass in the B13 universe is Damien. So sod off warrior woman with your blades at the end of your braid that you use to such great effect! Sure it was still Cyril who worked out the choreography for her fight scene that they were filming, but that's not much of a consolation. Not when he made her look so damn cool. :-(
Secondly, she's a woman, and the only woman allowed in the B13 universe is Lola. I want my Lola back! She was so awesome, and Dany Verissimo is so lovable :sigh:
Thirdly, she better not be a love interest! The only kind of love interest allowed in the B13 universe is one that utterly fails to pry Leito and Damien away from each other, just like Lola did. Which brings me back to the second point. Where's Lola?!
And speaking of Lola, in fairly mind-blowing news turns out Dany Verissimo is a porn star. Well, I did see it mentioned before, but didn't take it seriously until I've heard it from a reliable source. So yeah, apparently she really is. Huh, I had no idea porn stars can be so adorable. Also, now when I'm watching the making of on the B13 bluray I can't help giggling when she says things like how she got along great with David, he taught her things, she taught him things... ;-)
It also explains why Cyril and David kept cracking up when they were talking about the filming of the rooftop fight during which poor Dany was all alone in her corner tied to her pole...
What it fails to explain is how on earth Cyril managed to keep Damien so indifferent to Lola. He had a porn star straddling him and snogging him, and nothing? He's either completely smitten with David, or completely gay... Possibly both :-)
