Sep. 19th, 2008 11:19 pmHAPPY BIRTHDAY
melusinahp!!! May you have a great year!
Since the release of the Banlieu 13 bluray has been pushed back to October, I have given in and bought the DVD. Which was quite possibly the best spent £5 ever. The special features are to die for - among other things an hour-long Making Of with truly amazing footage and even better quotes (like Cyril explaining how he and David "communicate through our passions," or how "in the story between Leito and Damien there are bits of the story between Cyril and David." Which I suppose means that when he took David to Thailand to get to know him they spent a lot of time handcuffing each other to things :evil grin:), and half-an-hour-long interview with Stephane Vigroux, the most beautiful of David's disciples (well, Kazuma's lovely too, but he's less of a groupie than Stephane). The dreamy expression in his eyes when he was reminiscing all those nights he'd spent with David on a playground in Lisses made me giggle maniacally.
I'm off to re-watch!
