What I did (and didn't) do on holidays
Sep. 28th, 2007 02:09 pmMy two-and-a-half-week long holiday is almost over :sigh: It was a good one, though, so I'll at least be well-rested when I go back to work.
During my free time, I finally got around to watching "The Black Donnellys" (including the mysterious 13th episode, which actually turned out to be ep 2.5). ( cut for not particularly spoilerish impressions )
I also played a lot of Sims. Bon Voyage introduced the most awesome beaches, which made playing the Lost characters' sims so much more enjoyable :-)
I didn't read any fic. The lack of canon for next generation HP, which seemed so refreshing at the begining, turned out to be a hindrance after all. My reason for reading fanfic has always been my love for a particular character and wanting to get more of them. So reading stories about a multitude of various characters whose only common feature is that they are called Scorpius Malfoy quickly lost its charm. And the other fandoms I'm interested in ("Kyle XY", "Veronica Mars") are pretty dead as far as slash goes.
I think I will finally have to branch out and check out "Supernatural" fanfic. Dean is nice enough to look at, maybe I'll find I like reading about him too...
And finally, I watched the season premiere of "Prison Break" ( cut for very spoilerish reactions )
