...and the Ben Foster squeeing continues...

What do you know, turns out Russell Crowe doesn't mind being adored like I'd suggested in my previous entry about "3:10 to Yuma", because instead of avoiding Ben and his developing crush, he has apparently taken Ben under his wing and taught him how to ride. That's what James Mangold said in his commentary on the DVD, and now I've found the most awesome quote from Ben confirming it:

"I've been pissed off at a lot of the interviews where they are like 'So, is Russell a jerk?' ... and he is the farthest from that, he is incredible to the crew, and myself in particular, he took a great amount of time and care making sure that I felt safe and good and strong on a horse and he is really a generous guy ..."

Aww! :snicker:

In other news, I've got my hands on the episode of the Dead Zone in which Ben guest-starred. The ep itself is so so, but what it has going for it is that Ben sings in it. And unlike in "Get Over It" or "Six Feet Under", here Ben plays a character that is actually a good singer, so the result is pretty awesome:
