Harry Potter game, the premiere and JKR interview

I'm loving the Hary Potter and the Order of the Phoenix game so much more than I thought I would (after I've learnt the guy in charge is a total Gryffindor/Weasley twins fanatic). True that you don't get to play the Slytherin characters and that the mouse-spell-casting is annoying as hell, but once I've switched to keyboard and consoled myself that surely the HBP game will be all about Draco's quest to find the pieces he'll need to repair the Vanishing Cabinet, I'm having a really great time playing. I just love being able to explore Hogwarts and play the various wizarding games (I had no idea chess could be that entertaining!). I adore the fact so many characters are based on the actors, and that the voices are for the most part those of the actors as well. And I squeed to death when I discovered one of the unlocked bonuses was an interview with Tom and footage of him doing the voiceover :-)

Also, the game is based on the film, and while I'm pretty meh about said film for the most part, I have to admit that Luna rocks. Almost enough for me to start liking her again.

Speaking of the film, I have naturally watched the premiere coverage via the official site, and I have this to say: That was Neville?! Jaw, I'd like you to meet floor...

Oh, and
Holy fuck, it looks like JKR did kill Harry. I have never thought she really would, but the way she said his story came to a clear end couldn't mean anything else, could it? Heh, and I don't even care as long as Draco and Lucius are alive and free ;-)

I'm pretty idifferent to Harry's fate, but I never really thought she would kill him. It looks like she did, though, and I'm stunned. Unless of course she did it the Six Feet Under way and simply described in the epilogue what Harry did until his death at the ripe age of 116 ;-)
