I've seen "Covenant" recently and I can't quite wrap my head around my reaction to it. It's not a bad movie, but it sure isn't a very good one either. The plot and the resolution are so predictable a 2-year-old is able to tell what's going to happen, but it is put together resonably well. Mostly. Yet, somehow, this mediocre film enchanted me completely (pun not intended). I guess it's because for some reason I found the idea of guys being witches (well, they might not have actually called one another that, but they did talk of 'witchcraft' and no one ever used the term wizard) irresistibly sexy. Particularly when said male witches are as good looking as the Sons of Ipswitch. I also strongly approved of the fact that their sport of choice was swimming, because swimming=water=Slytherin - only good associations ;-) I suppose the fact one of them had light blond hair and a pointed face didn't hurt either, even if he was far too short and too beta to have much in common with Draco. Although I sure did appreciate it when he got to yell "Harry Potter can kiss my ass" ;-) So, er, yeah, I'm pretty torn over what to think of "Covenant". Did any of you guys see it?

In other news - the Sectus timetable looks awesome! I don't think I'll have any time for food or drink during the entire convention :-) It's only too bad that, in accordance with Murphy's law, the two panels I want to attend most of all are at the same time :sigh: Lucius or Draco, Draco or Lucius, how on Earth am I supposed to choose?!
